Is there any way I can prevent liquid whey forming on my large pots of fridge-stored yoghurt once they've been opened?
I know this is a natural process but its irritating to have to keep pouring it off I,ve never tried stirring it back into the set product. Will it spoil the set if I do this?

I always stir well, and it re-integrates perfectly; it makes for a lovely smooth yoghurt.Are you wombling, too, in '22? € 58,96 = £ 52.09Wombling in Restrictive Times (2021) € 2.138,82 = £ 1,813.15Wombabeluba 2020! € 453,22 = £ 403.842019's wi-wa-wombles € 2.244,20 = £ 1,909.46Wombling to wealth 2018 € 972,97 = £ 879.54Still a womble 2017 #25 € 7.116,68 = £ 6,309.50Wombling Free 2016 #2 € 3.484,31 = £ 3,104.590

Greek style yoghurt is just ordinary yoghurt with reduced whey, so pouring the whey off will make the yoghurt a bit more Greek-style-yoghurty. An improvement in taste depending on you personal preference .0

If you make scones use the whey instead of milk.yummy0
