Hiya
This is probably not the right place to ask, but here goes anyway. Does anyone know how long you can keep Bachs Rescue Remedy for. I have a bottle that has been open for ages (couple of years?) its still in date but I don't know if it will still be ok.
thanks J

I use mine all the time it's still in date. As long as it hasn't been kept on a window ledge then I think it should be fine (light and heat can make it deteriorate).
It is alcohol based so I don't think it really goes "off" but becomes less effectiveworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Hi friendly,
I've moved your post over to the Health board where you should get more replies.

Just found this:
http://www.bachcentre.com/centre/faq.htmWhy do the remedies have a use-by date now? Should they be discarded after this date?
By law the stock bottles have to carry a use-by date. The five year period relates to the shelf life of brandy stored in a rubber-topped bottle. The remedies themselves will keep their properties indefinitely (although the brandy may begin to taste a little strange after the five year period).working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Thanks very much newlywed & pinked-winged - I will try it & see, its amazing what you find in the bottom of old handbags  I can't identify some of the things
but the rescue remedy is nice & safe in a bottle. I have just bought the night time remedy so hopefully that will help too.

Its great for times of great stress, such as house moving, trips to the dentist, exams etc. I also use it for my dogs when fireworks are going off0 -
Hiya just saw this post up and thought that I'd let you know that I have been using the Nightime Rescue Remedy for a couple of nights - I'm not sure if its the placebo effect
, but I have found it very useful for helping me relax & fall asleep - Quite pricey but cheaper than the wine that I have been using lol:rotfl:
