Can't Remember Finance Company

So I bought a BMW Mini in 2007 and it came with PPI.

Can't find any paperwork nor remember who I had the finance with.

What is the best route to find out?

It doesnt matter who the finance was with. Your complaint is with the car dealer. not the lender.

Unless you can remember exactly who sold you the insurance (and car), I can't see you progressing this any further.

Note that it's the dealer, not the provider of the finance/insurance who you complain to.

It's the same as any complaint.

Send your complaint to the dealer who sold it to you.
