The 3 letter "thingy" Mr Baldrick, is a tactic used by so called "freemen of the land" to avoid paying debts sold on by creditors to 3rd party debt buyers.
It relies on age old laws, long since superceded, and which will not stand up in court.
Part of this 3 letter process asks the creditor to prove their claim, and that is actually, all you need to send to them, they must hold the correct and legal paperwork in order to collect a debt, if they dont have it, or cant provide it, the story ends there, if they can, then its perfectly legal and above board.
Our provit letter does the same job in one go.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
