Nectar points not going through?

I recently made a few purchases from ebay.co.uk and amazon.co.uk via the link in my nectar account, but the points still haven't shown up in my account. I know it takes 28 days but my purchase from Amazon.co.uk was on October 10 which is more than this timescale.
Has anyone else had problems with points not going through? Any ideas what I should do to claim the points I should have received?

Hopefully nectar should have an email address in their contact us section you can send an enquiry to about this. It might be that your click-throughs haven't shown up so I'd let them know the exact dates and/or times if you can so they can check it all out.
