I have received Interim Charging Order

Hi guys,

I have today received an interim charging order for a loan that the company wouldnt accept the DMP offer on. I have a redetermination hearing on Monday which due to working committments and hubby being away, we can attend, but i have written in about this to the Court.

However, in the meantime we have today received an Interim Charging Order with a hearing on Dec 19th?

Can someone please advise what this is, and how does it differ to the redetermination hearing. Does this mean, they will put a charge on the property for the debt amount or force us into bankruptcy. I doubt the equity is enough for a the whole debt. how would this work?

any advise and help would be much appreciated.

It is all starting to make me ill and having more panic attacks.

I wish I could help but dont know about stuff like this but am sure someone will be long in a mo Have you contacted CCCS etec (free agencies) for assistance in sorting your debts out? They can take alot of the stress and worry away from you. It would also be worth going to see your GP about the panic attacks so you can get referred to someone who can help you develop strategies for dealing with the way you are feeling.
