    Hi Queenie.
Q1.From the searches i've done it seems theres no problem with having a licence for alcohol.
Q2. The Or will want to see all previous bank and Cc statements. How throughly they check them all, i'm unsure, but i'd guess they do go through them looking for any obvious signs of excessive spending.
Q3. ? Yo need to seek advice from one of the free debt agencies.....
Your local CAB Office and ask to speak to a 'money advisor'.
The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111
    National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000
    Payplan - Tel: 0800 917 7823.
    or visit
    http://www.cccs.co.uk/
    http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/
    http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/index.htm

If you do decide on the route of Br then the judge will want to know that you've sought advice from one of the above. There all a great help anyway, so worth the call!

    Q4. done.
Q5. Most OR's allow for a holiday, but how much they allow varies from Or to OR. Best to aim high and let them decide if its too high. (£30-40 seems to be an average)
Re your I&E, i'd put your personal hygenie in with food, and take a look here
http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/manuals/dmbmanual/DMBM800120.htm. i think you could ceratinly up your food bill a little.
It looks like you'll pay approx £110 for an IPA.
    Hope that helps a little.
