Mobile phone contract

in Bankruptcy & living with it
Hi everyone I went bankrupt on 16th June and my 2 year mobile contract with EE ends on 19th July. I’ve never missed a monthly payment so do you think EE will allow me to move on to a pay monthly SIM contract as my phone is now paid for?
Any thoughts or similar experiences much appreciated.

    I was with them and didn't have any problems. if you are an existing customer then there is no reason for them to credit check you. In fact - it would probably be harder to switch supplier unless you were going with PAYG.
