1 full time job, 1 bank staff job

I have a full time job salary 19k.
Last month was my first payday, 5 weeks worth of work got me £1,880.
In the past month, I picked up another job I used to do as agency but I got employed as a bank staff.
It is a hostel job where I get paid to sleep there also, so shifts are 24 hours. £8 per hour on average.
I'm 22 I understand we do not live in a tax free utopia however I am simply trying to earn more
So Monday to Friday I work my full time job and on Saturday I start a 24 hour shift and finish the next day after waking up.
45 hours on my full time per week, 24 on my bank staff job per week.
Today, for the month I was paid £1,600 something. As you can imagine I was gutted. I have no idea what my tax deductions were yet, but it seems like it was over £600-700....
I take a private healthcare scheme at my first job too.
Is the tax correct and what can I do to lower it?
HMRC isbt open yet. If someone can ELI5 (explain it like I'm five) that would be grest
