Please help with loan situation
Hi everyone,
I recently got a loan with a company, loan was setup at 11% APR, got all the paperwork and it all said 11%, I just went through my contract last night because I thought something was off and on the actual loan agreement it states 16% APR which I am being charged instead of the agreed 11% that was in all my confirmation paperwork!
Anything I can do, Im out of the 14 day window,
Many thanks!!

If by the loan agreement you mean the Consumer credit form then that is the one with the real APR.
I would certainly query this with the loan company.0 -

Thats the one. What would I be able to do about this though if my Consumer credit form APR is different from everything else I received.0 -
If you have signed your copy of the CCA showing the APR then that is legally binding on you and the lender.
You need to speak to them to see what they can do for you.0
