My mortgage broker has told me that there is no such product. That effectively there is no lender who offers a 90% LTV Mortgage for New Builds on Shared Ownership scheme. Is this true? Does anyone have any insight into this?

As an update in case anyone finds this thread in a search.
haras_nosirrah was able to help us secure a mortgage that fitted our needs, and our purchase is nearing completion now. We had spoken to other Mortgage Advisors but haras_nosirrah was the only one that took the time to look at our situation in detail and advise us on how to make the most of the our situation. I would definitely recommend haras_nosirrah services for affordable housing.0 -
