Help with Income payment agreement figures

Hi
I am currently going through the bankruptcy process. I have been working with CAP (Christians against poverty), have received all my final paperwork to do my bankruptcy and only now have they told me i will have to pay into an IPA. Even though i have been dealing with them for the past 8 months. I am a single parent with 2 children (aged 5 and 12), I am on UC (ESA) due to my mental health. Is there anyone that could advise me on what figures i should write on the application as i have read that i am only allowed £20 per month after all bills. I receive £257 from my ex partner for child maintenance on top of my benefits, but under this rules all of it will go to the IPA which i dont feel is fair as this money is for my children. They do already do extra curricular activities but i want to sign them up to more so that this money is actually used on them rather than be used to pay for debts that i incurred. All help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
