Hey guys!
Just a quick question do the OR accept child maintenance as an outgoing. The agreement is a mutual one between parties, no court order. The amount we pay is slightly above CSA recommended amount.
Thanks in advance :-)

In my experience, the OR required a court order or CMS order. However, if the amount that you pay is similar to what you would pay via the CMS calculator, then presumably they would accept this.0

Hi,
It has always been my experience that the Insolvency Service accept the level of CSA / CMS payment towards non resident children as per the online calculator. Any additional payments may be challenged.

Thank you Debt Doctor and Round the Bend, it is only a few pounds off the recommended CSA amount. Appreciate the clarification!
Many thanks
