Hi Guys, I need your help regarding remortgage deal Santander 1.79% deal with valuation or HSBC 1.89% without revaluation. Due to Santander valuation my LTV is 3% less because of current market conditions.
I am currently with HSBC 2 yr fixed term and they have a rate with 1.89% which doesn’t need valuation.
Please guide what to opt ?
Thank you.
Regards
Vam
