On Saturday, whilst at work, Amazon delivered a package which they rammed it in my external post box on the outside of the property which has caused the lid not to close properly. So when it rains, the water goes in there. A neighbour, who I'm on OK terms with, was at home at the time, so they could have delivered it there.
An online chat with an Amazon associate then sent me a claim form online from a company called arcclaimsportal. Filled it in along with the photo of the wedged parcel as courier took photo to confirm delivery and a claim for £27 for a similar looking post box.
Have you or anyone you know had damages claimed by a courier firm? How long it take to resolve?
