Creations Finance

Hi
I have an agreement with Creations Finance, it is currently on freeze for 6 months. However my credit report is showing as payments made on time (I’ve not paid for 3 months).

Does this mean they are not going to default me?

Are Creations known for this? I thought I was better off if they default me?

TIA
Frugaller

If you have come to a temporary payment arrangement with your creditor, then the account should be marked as 'AP' on your credit file. Once you are 3-6 months in arrears of your original credit agreement, then the guidance states that the account should be defaulted.

No, it’s showing as payments up to date. New Day are showing two months behind, which is what I expected...
