Does anyone know where i can get a copy of a loan agreement?
Sure there is a site that lets you download contract templets free.

  • If the loan is a Consumer Credit Agreement the lender must provide you with a copy of the agreement if you pay them a £1.

    They have 12 days to provide it. Should they fail to provide a copy of the agreement they will actually be commiting an offence after the breach has continued for 30 days.

    Are you asking how to get a copy of an agreement for an existing loan, or are you looking for a template that will allow you to draw up an agreement for a loan yourself?

    I got the impression it was the latter but I'm not sure.:confused:

    Ah! I see. Then I probably would suggest trying one of the other boards then. Unfortunatley it's not something we have much experiance with on the bankruptcy boards. Good luck, hope you find what you're looking for.
