Uses for cheese strings?

Slightly random I know. But you all seem to be really great at finding ways to use things!
For reasons which are not very MSE I have accumulated a very large quantity of cheese strings. They have a pretty long shelf life, but we really don’t eat very many of them. We do eat a lot of cheese in general, but it doesn’t melt properly so I can’t really cook with it, it’s not good in sandwiches, or on pasta.
Any creative ideas for things I can do with it?
