My nan is looking at altering her will and the possibility of putting some money in a disabled persons trust for my mum for the future as she's disabled
I think you need to have two or more trustees? Would there be any restrictions of be being a trustee with my sister?
I was discharged last year but have restrictions till 2021 I think!
Know you can't be a trustee of a charity but this is a will/inheritance for my mum not for me
Thanks

There’s nothing in the Insolvency Act that specifically mentions it so you should be ok.0
