Precise Mortgage Application

Hi Everyone,

My wife and I have been waiting for almost 4 weeks now. Last Friday Precise came back and ask for more detail about my wife's income (self-employed) and some other bits around re-paying credit card balances and an overdraft. They worded the email "in order to proceed we need the following."

We have provided what they asked for and have been told we need to wait ANOTHER 5 days despite our broker's business manager at Precise now being involved.

We are getting very worried now and have had to put the survey back AGAIN. We've had a lot of the paperwork from the Solicitors and also concerned the seller is getting twitchy. The valuation was done without the decision being in place as well!!

Has anyone had a similar situation? Any words that might ease our worries?

I know the feeling I'm making myself ill with worry. Keep thinking it's all going to come crashing down - Precise really are our last shot.

What sort of info have they asked you for?? Ive given my broker so much paperwork just on the off chance they may require it!

I hate the unknown especially when we've had our offer accepted and we've accepted one on our house.
