Ipoll login/cashout issue's

Hello.
After a lot of emails back and forth for over 4 months i finally got paid £30 for a survet on Ipoll.
My problem now is if i answer a survey from them and i can go to my account page and browse nearly everything on there but as i now have over £50 in there i go to click the reward button and it takes me to the login page again and input my email and password and do the capta thing and the page just will not go any further. I have tried this on IE 11 and Firefox and have cleared history and cookies and it still will not work.
I have seen that Ipoll are closing users accounts with money still in them as they say something about their T&C's so i wondered if any other MSE users of Ipoll are having the same issue as me and if so what can i do to gain access to the rewards page.

This is what it is asking for (Example: +44 XX XXXX XXXX) but when i put in my 11 digit mobile nuber it says incorect format. I inputted +44 and my last 10 digits of my number ommiting the zero.
so +44 12 3456 7899 is that correct?
