Device to water hanging baskets

Years ago my late mother had a great little hand-held device to water hanging baskets which were above head-height and thus not very accessible. It was a squeezy bottle with a rigid tube attached. The tube curved over at the top so when you positioned the end of the tube over the basket and squeezed the bottle, water was ejected into the basket.

I can find all sorts of other devices (googling on 'watering hanging baskets' gets zillions of options!) but not this one. Please could anyone help, or suggest a search term which might improve the effectiveness of my online searching?
