My wife recently started consulting for a start-up business. She and business owner see the potential to work together to make the business grow and he is starting to talk about equity share, bonuses etc. Neither of us (me or my wife) have negotiated this kind of arrangement before, so does anyone know of a good guide to work through this situation and ensure we ask ourselves the right questions?
