The Prize constitutes
The Winner of the Campaign (“Winner”) will receive four (4) theatre tickets to a performance at their Ambassador Theatre Group (“ATG”) venue (such venues being Bristol Hippodrome, Manchester Palace, Piccadilly Theatre, and Savoy Theatre) and four (4) complimentary Lounge Packages Each Lounge Package includes (i) entry to the theatre's VIP Ambassador Lounge (or equivalent) up to 90 minutes before the show and during the interval, (ii) one complimentary Tanqueray No TEN and tonic welcome drink per person and savoury snacks on arrival, and (iii) use of a complimentary cloakroom and private washroom (where available). Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award and will be subject to availability of tickets for the specific performance at the ATG venue. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Diageo (including the choice of performance and the date of the performance, although Diageo will take account of Winner's preferences if supplied). Diageo cannot guarantee that the prize tickets will be for theatre seats immediately next to each other, although Diageo will use all reasonable endeavours to secure such seats. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Diageo’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses (including but not limited to travel, accommodation, food and drink) shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. The Winner’s companions must also be aged 18 years and over if they wish to access and utilise the Lounge package.

Terms and Conditions for Tanqueray Theatre Tickets & Ambassador Lounge Promotion
The Competition is not open to Diageo (the Promoter, details of which are set out below) employees or contractors, their immediate family members or staff of any associated companies, including promotional partners or anyone professionally involved with this Competition.
Entry into this Competition shall be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance by the entrant of these Terms and Conditions.
Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Competition and forfeiture of the Prize. This shall be at the sole discretion of Tanqueray and no correspondence will be entered into.
No purchase is necessary.
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
This offer is open to all residents of mainland United Kingdom aged 18 or over except employees of Tanqueray or Ambassador Theatre Group, their families and anyone professionally involved with this offer.
Offer is valid from Monday 25th March at 0:01 GMT closing on June 30 2019 at 23:59 GMT. Winner(s) will be contacted on Monday 8th July 2019 at anytime after 09:00 GMT.

10. The winner(s) will be chosen by HAVAS Helia as appointed by Diageo. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the result, Diageo’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner(s) will be chosen at random from a pool of people that correctly enter the competition following the terms of clause 8 above.
The winner(s) will be contacted by Fleishman agency as appointed by Diageo. Fleishman Agency will attempt contact with the 1st selected winner a minimum of 3 times via call/text from 9am GMT on Monday 8th July 2019. If no return contact is made by the winner within this week, a 2nd winner will be selected. The 2nd winner will be contacted a minimum of 3 times via call/text from 9am GMT on Monday 15th July 2019. This will continue until a winner accepts the prize.
The Prize is offered as stated and is non-transferable. No cash alternative, or alternative prize to the stated Prize shall be offered or made available, however Diageo reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The winner(s) must be available to attend the theatre by December 31 2019.
The winner(s) will be made publicly available from Monday 8th July 2019.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winner(‘s’) name(s) and likeness for the purpose of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation.
Tickets will be available to collect from the box office.
No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and Diageo’s’ decision is final.
The winner(s) may be required to take part in publicity and should the winner(s) fail or refuse to do so the winner(s) will be deemed to have forfeited their opportunity to win the Prize and be disqualified from the Competition.
Diageo reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Competition, Prize and or these Terms and Conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances without notice.
Neither Diageo nor any of its associated or affiliated companies shall accept any responsibility for difficulties, cost or expense experienced in submitting an entry to the Competition.
Diageo reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this offer in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
Neither Diageo nor any of its associated or affiliated companies shall be liable to any entrant for any cancellation, discontinuance or delay affecting this Competition.
