E-rewards points.

Hi, does anybody have an upto date link from Virgin atlantic to join e-rewards to build up free airmiles? I've searched high and low for an upto date link, contacted virgin and had no respose etc...

I have been with E-rewards for a long time and have redeem for nectar points and they have always without fail gone onto my nectar account the next day.

so 2 weeks ago i redeem points for nectar points and i am still waiting for them to go onto my nectar account so is there anyone else who have had delays with getting nectar points from E-rewards?

Had the same thing so checked their t's and c's and says up to 28 days now

How long did it take for you to get your nectar points?

I only cashed out on Wednesday and they've not gone on yet, like you I always thought the points updated within 24 hours but now it says 28 days on their site - so I guess it could be anytime up until that has passed.

Hi have you had your points from last wednesday yet?

i have sent them a email but had no answer back from them yet.

i am pretty sure that the emails they send you after you redeem has always said 28 days.

Is anyone having issues with points from survey's going onto account after doing them with e rewards?

Done a few this week and points still missing from my account and most times they hit account within a hour or so.
