Magazines Direct - extended subscription ??

Had an undelivered issue of TV and Satellite Week recently and dealt with it over the phone. They said they would extend the sub by a week. When I looked at my online account there is no info to say that they have done so. The issue that was not delivered still showed as delivered and I could see no details of how long the subscription runs for. In short I couldn't see any evidence anywhere that would convince me as a customer that , for example, an extend sub had been granted. I went back to them of course and they said that the sub had been extended but there is nothing in black and white on the account that confirms this. Has anyone else thought about this ? Perhaps with another company if necessary.
