Debt Management help!

Hi Guys,
I have some debt being chased by this comapany called CCI debt management, this is for a business email hosting domain I subscribed to for my business but forget to unsubscribe, I never used their services whatsoever, but they don't seem to care when I called fastshosts as the debt is being dealt with a separate company
my card was lost so I had to cancel it, but they were using the old card to take out payments for £1 for 7 months but failed, and racked up 7 quid in arrears (small I know) now they moved over the debt to CCI to chase and now the total comes to £37 who added on their own commission
they never contacted me, but they did email me about payments being missed, although the email was not used... this was never a direct debit agreement just a subscription similar to Netflix...
what are the chances of me ignoring their phone calls/texts and this going away and not going to court? never heard off CCI, maybe someone has had some experience in the past with them?
any advice would be appreciated
best
Tan

If they emailed you then they did contact you so you would have known about the debt. As you admit it was your own fault as you "forgot to unsubscribe" just make an arrangement to pay.Aiming to make £7,500 online in 20220

Hi,
It will more than likley just disapear on its own, these type of debts dont get chased for long.
But £37 quid, its not a lot of money is it, you could just pay it and that would be the end of the matter.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
