morning all! Frogga, MRSM, recovering spendaholic, Rockie, Kitty, pigpen, juliejim, newlywed, mirandamayhem, katkin - plus any I've missed!
MRSM - ouch - your poor tootsies sound painful. hope you manage to bandage them up so you can still go walkies!
Donny-gal - sounds like you are doing well!:T
had a long day at work yesterday, had a good healthy lunch of Mackerel on toast with salad but also had a tiny piece of teabread that someone had brought in:whistle: then we had to go out for an evening meal with one of our service users at a pub so I had veggie lasagne, a huge salad and some garlic bread - could have been a lot worse I think:D followed it up with a low fat fromage frais for supper.
I'm now on 2 days off!:j so can plan a bit better.
B - porridge
L - possibly some cheesy mash with leftover mash.
banana, clementine
D - leftover roasted gammon, veggies, some sort of spud and a little cheese sauce.
low fat yoghurt.
Am off out for coffee later with Mum and sister so it'll be a battle to avoid the dreaded cake:D then am going food shopping with sis to get a few bits and pieces. She's a fellow fat fighter too so we usually share tips !
hope you all have a successful day;)Do what you love :happyhear0 -
Hi there, I have my first appt for a trial of the powerplate tomorrow. Some of my friends use it at the gym and said that it took them a while to get used to it (made one feel sick!). I would try one out at the gym before actually investing in one just in case you can't get on with it. I will also let you know how I get on after the trial tomorrow. I get terrible motion sickness so might not be any good for me!!!:T :T :T0
