HTB equity mortgage/loan

Hi all
I have a hell to buy equity loan in a new build. Had anyone got one of these and also a car on HP? I’ve read that you cannot increase your mortgage or take out another loan without permission from Homes England’s mortgage administrator. Does this mean you have to ask them if you want to get a car on HP? Really worried as I have one- I didn’t read it as this and thought it just meant mortgage wise...... thanks

No. Their interest is confined to credit secured on the property.
