HL charges

Hi,
Just a clarification on HL charges that I’m sure someone will know the answer to.
If you have a SIPP with them for £100,000 and have £50,000 of it invested in funds and £50,000 in cash. Do you get charged £100,000 at 0.45% or £50,000 at 0.45% given holding in cash is free?
Thanks...

edit: just to add that's for 'funds'. There's a limit of £200 for 'shares'. See https://www.hl.co.uk/pensions/sipp/charges-and-interest-rates0 -
Thanks - so if you have a SIPP of £150,000 split 1/3 in funds, shares and cash the charge is...
£225 + £200 + £0 = £425 ???0 -
Yes, they'll even pay you up to 0.20% on the cash
