Remortgage valuation query

Just a quick update and another quick question guys.
Our advisor emailed to tell me our mortgage offer had been issued by Halifax yesterday.
Only problem is the valuation was only carried out at 9am yesterday morning, does this give Halifax time to issue the offer? Or have they issued it without looking at the valuation and could therefore withdraw it?0 -
It's an automated process so unless the valuer puts any manual comments on it the system will see it meeting the valuation and auto issue the offer
