Hi this is a question to those who have used aldermore bank.
So I've had a mortgage offer in the post and all is well. Just waiting for the solicitor searches to come back and then completion. I know some banks do final credit searches, but does aldermore do them? Anyone know this answer for definite

Assume that the lender will perform a further check.
Why are you asking?0 -
I'm in the same situation, our offer is for 4months would fully expect that if it took the full 4months to complete before they released another credit check would likely go through to make sure nothing serious like a CCJ or a Default has popped up. If they decided to do one straight away would fully expect that too.0

here's someone who applied for credit before completion and had their mortgage offer withdrawn
