Help! Warrant of Control

Hi, I’m sitting here shaking as I don’t know what to do. I received a CCJ for an old debt that was bought by Cabot, it’s for £563 and I cannot pay it, anyway I buried head in sand and now a warrant of control has been sent, as I said I cannot pay it and cannot pay it within the 3 payments it states, I know there’s a form I can fill in an N244 or something but I cannot print it as I haven’t a printer, I can fill it in but then cannot post it, I thought I may be able to email but there’s only a generic email address which says we’ll get back to you in 2 weeks. I don’t know what the fee for that is but I have zero money at the mo. The 7 days runs out on Wednesday as I got letter just before weekend. I don’t want to call....more I can’t call due to anxiety issues and illness, I am in receipt of IR ESA and haven’t worked for 8 years, I live with my 78 year old mum, I don’t want bailiffs knocking at my door as this would exasperate my condition and upset my mother who knows nothing about this. I don’t actually have anything of value. Please please help me.

Hi,
You will have to help yourself here, you can get form N244 from your local court, fill it in, and return it there.
I have moved your post to the general forum, you will get more help here, firstly, just don`t open the door to the bailiffs, they cannot force entry for a consumer credit act debt, at a private property.
Write to Cabot and explain you have no means to pay, this has happened because you have not dealt with this previously, you need to deal with it now.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. If I was using a form, I'd use an N245 - suspend the warrant and vary the order.
The should be full remission of the fee if you use an EX160
If this is your only debt and you can afford £20 per month to it I'd say that is the way to go.
If you have more debts or less money available, or both, you probably need to be talking to the CAB about a Debt Relief order.0 -

You’ve mentioned Sky and TalkTalk in previous posts, have you a phone you can sell, do you have a television you can sell? Old DVDs, a camera, old clothes?
If so this is not the time to hang on to luxuries, you need to sell what you can to raise the money.0
