NatWest mortgage tracker help

We are awaiting a mortgage decision through a broker with NatWest. We have the online tracker information and I checked it this morning and it said please call us to discuss your clients mortgage application. Out broker is off today so I will contact her ASAP tomorrow. Has anyone ever gotten this message in the tracker? Does this mean we have been declined or could they be asking for more info?

    There are a few posts on this sort of thing.
    General rule of thumb - ignore application trackers, they are useless.

    Probably a bit late now, but for anyone else reading who has this message, we applied for a Nat West mortgage and got the same message on the tracker. I phoned Nat West in a bit of a panic but they told me that it was just a notification for me to contact the surveyors to arrange a homebuyers report. We got the offer a week later.
