Boarding return train half way into the journey

We've bought off-peak return tickets to Rugby from Hereford, travelling on Friday and returning on Sunday. Our daughter might be in Rugby on Sunday, and travelling back to Worcester. Would we be able to accept a lift, and board the train in Worcester? We haven't picked up the tickets yet, so don't know whether there are any restrictions.

Usually that's OK

Tell us the cost of each ticket and we should be able to work out the restriction code and say for sure.0 -
Each ticket, full price before Railcard discounts, is £27.70.0

Then you're fine, you've got tickets with restriction code CS

Which have no restrictions on break of journey or starting/ending mid journey.0 -
Fantastic, thank you!0

You're welcome
Just bear in mind that if you have seats booked from Birmingham they're likely to be taken if you don't get on until Worcester.
Doesn't affect the validity of the ticket of course, you can get any train you like on Sunday whether you have a seat booked or not.
There's a cheeky solution to that which I'm not going to post here as I'm sure you're far too much of a good community minded person to even consider it0
