Were two of you dismissed at the same time over the same thing Just that your colleague is arguing discrimination?
And what have they failed to do under the CMO?Still striving to be mortgage free before I get to a point I can't enjoy it.

Yes we are both arguing on UD and in addition my colleague is for discrimination. The Preliminary hearing is because of the discrimination.
They failed to send their document list by a particular date. Then they sent me a bundle with no page numbers and not including most items to which I informed the tribunal. Now trying their delaying tactics asking to merge the two cases and rescheduling the CMO's at the preliminary hearing.0
