A&L PPI reclaim
Just rung up customer services again, my original letter went missing, posted on the 31/10, posted another on the 12/11 and still haven't received it:mad:
posted it to the address they gave me, they have suggested that i fax in the letter, fingers crossed third time lucky:rolleyes:

check who underwrites it for A&L. If it is a third party you can certainly persaude them to think again.I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.
