Hi,
Does anyone know anything about this company/had dealings with them?
I was sitting next to my partner yesterday and a number popped up on a text on her phone saying to contact them urgently - I didn't let on but I have since searched the number and it relates to Creditfix.
I'm wondering if this is a company that approaches those in financial difficulty or the other way around?
Are they debt collectors or just offer financial support?
Any assistance greatly appreciated.

If your have googled them then you know they are a debt management company.
Are you aware your partner is in financial difficulty?Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
I have googled them yeah but I was uncertain of whether it was a company such as Lowell and Moorcroft who a debt is referred to or whether CF were somebody who an individual could refer themselves to directly.
I am not aware of financial difficulty no. My partner has credit cards but not aware of any issues.0 -
There is only one thing to do really and that's to talk to your partner.0

They are the UK's leading insolvency practitioner, apparently, so they will be trying to flog you an IVA.
These pop ups generally appear after you do a search for something of a similar nature, or sometimes completly randomly, either way, if you do need debt advice, always best to talk to one of the free debt charities first, never approach a debt mangement company directly, as your best interests will not be served well.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Yes, the country's main provider of (missold) IVAs. I thought they used IVA lead generators as their pushers - so unless she is in a current IVA with them, I'd ignore it - and block the number if possible.0
