Company late to pay my contributions into workplace pension scheme

Hi all,

I started working for a London bus operator on March 7th 2019. I immediately joined the workplace salary sacrifice pension scheme with Royal London.

So far only my contributions from March have been added to it. April and May have not been sent over to Royal London and it's already middle of June.

I have emailed company pension team but I'm having no luck at all. Is this normal? My old company pension payments were made monthly.

I'd estimate around £600 to be missing, which takes into account April and Mays contributions.

It can take time. In my case, it takes on average, sixty-eight days from seeing the pension contribution deducted and appears in my pension fund. When I checked with my employer and pension provider, my employer does in fact pay contributions before the deadline to the pension provider, but it takes 'time' for them to appear in my pension fund in due course.
