I’d be asking for feedback now. Personally I probably would of left it till the week after they said they’d make their decision and then asked.
If my posts have random wrong words, please blame the damn autocorrect not me :D

I did ask on the Monday following the Friday but they still hadn't made the decision, tbh I'm done with them now but just wondered what people classed as an acceptable wait.

I had an interview a few weeks ago, heard nothing so have written it off.

Bit different when it's a company you are already working for. Maybe 4 weeks and then just carry on looking elsewhere.

You don't say what the position is, or how 'high up', but assuming it's not a low paid manual job, my money would be on one of the other two applicants having been offered the job and they're thinking about it/negotiating their package.

They'll maybe go to second (or even third!) choice should this not work out.

If none of you were successful you would have all been informed by now, and the position re-advertised.

Yeah two weeks I'd assumed they'd interviewed all and made a decision. I went for one job and I was the only candidate out of four short listed to attend. I thought the job was in the bag...noop...they called all the applicants to reschedule and that took a couple of weeks. Reluctantly, they gave me the job when they didn't turn up the next time (grass is always greener sometimes with employers), been here 16 years in two days time...

To be honest, it's very rare that you don't know as an interviewer with-in about 30 minutes of the last interview.

Waiting 2 weeks, I would definitely not be happy with
