What does ex-council estates' rented/private ownership ratio _actually_ mean?

That is not my perspective, I was brought up in a huge council estate in Manchester so I am not being snobby when I say that.

Look at it this way.
The valuer consider the property is not good security for the Lender.
This means it is also not a good idea for you. You don't want to be buying somewhere you cannot later sell because potential buyers struggle to borrow against it.
Drop the property and move on.I am a Mortgage Broker

What makes you think the council will offer a repayment plan?
They might, but if they demand full repayment and you can't raise an additional mortgage on that already hard-to-mortgage flat, you'll probably end up losing it.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
Instead of buying this house I would buy a pair of running shoes and go somewhere else. It's a ticking time bomb waiting to happen. if people living there aren't using the right to buy discount to buy the flats there can't be many private investors looking to buy eitherAn answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0
