Mortgage conditions

Hi all
Need something clarifying if possible , we have just been issued our mortgage offer and we are due to complete on the 28th June. One of our mortgage conditions was to pay off some debts that totalled around 2,000 within 30 days of completing and without borrowing further monies. These have now been paid but we are without a sofa and wanting to get one on finance.... do we have to wait 30 days after we complete or is the condition implying that we can’t borrow further money to pay off the debts? .... please help!
Thanks

The condition will be specific to that debt. It won’t prevent you applying for sofa finance however do not apply for finance until the mortgage is drawn down as any changes in financial circumstances may affect the mortgage if done before completion.0

Look on gumtree (free or cheap) and check local charity furniture shops to get a sofa.
You don't need new, or on credit, you have got your house and can take your time building savings back up.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0
