Are all your debts cleared?

If you go bankrupt any provable, unsecured debts are cleared. However, there are some debts that cannot be included such as fines, student loans, benefit overpayments if they are as a result of fraudulent claims.0

In any case, bankruptcy debts cease to be yours the moment you ENTER bankruptcy, not when you finish it.0
