    If you go bankrupt any provable, unsecured debts are cleared. However, there are some debts that cannot be included such as fines, student loans, benefit overpayments if they are as a result of fraudulent claims.

    In any case, bankruptcy debts cease to be yours the moment you ENTER bankruptcy, not when you finish it.
