UK debts after BREXIT

Once the UK leave the EU will UK banks still have a part in EU laws on chasing debts of those that now live abroad. Yes I should pay my UK debt but at 19% APR on a both credit card and overdraft it is impossible due to a reduction in income. I have been an ex-pat for 18 years.

I imagine some sort of reciprocal arrangement will be made, did you give your lender your EU address when you moved if not the debt will most likely be statute barred now. If however you carried on paying the it wont.
