    Just a double check you will not need an extension on your ATP when you get it as we almost did before we exchanged contracts. Our MB said that they usually grant them but sometimes they will check if circumstances change

    Yes you are quite right, from what I have heard/read about new builds, there is always a delay. Will keep an eye on it. 'Authority to proceed' last for 9 months right? Also how long do they take to make a decision? I read 4 working day, which make make it today.
  • Just to give you the update,it was not an issue that we got our mortgage offer before the Equity Loan application.We got ATP granted anyway.
