mortgage arrears three years ago

Hi All, Please can you advise on my situation? A joint mortgage was in arrears from July 2016 to March 2017, `at which point all arrears were cleared and all payments have been made on time since then.
the house in question has now sold and the mortgage satisfied. I am looking to buy alone, should i look for an adverse lender or am I likely to be acceptable to a high street lender.
There are no other debts or adverse credit history.
Appreciate your thoughts.

Difficult to say without a little more information. How many months in arrears did it show on your credit report?
Usually it shows 0 0 0 0 if all up to date. However if you went 3 months in to arrears and then cleared them all in one go it could show as 0 1 2 3 0... The key bit will be the highest number.
Who was the lender?
What percentage deposit will you have for the new property?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
