Mortgage Offer Conditions

Good evening, as part of my mortgage offer condition, I am requested to settle a credit card balance within 30 days of completion. Does this mean I have 30 days to settle after completion? I only received my offer today and I am completing in less than 21 days.
Would appreciate any advice.
