Does a CCA need a signature?

An old Capital One card defaulted on 3 years ago doesn’t have my signature on it, just my name in block capitals.

Is this still enforceable?

A CCA does not need to feature a signature or a date of signature, this is the 21st century.

I'm sure you know this as well else all loans applied for online (the vast majority of all loans?) would be unenforceable.

Just to confirm, there is no requirement within the consumer credit act, for a copy agreement to bare a signature.

There may also be a case that the contract is valid without a signature if you used the card, made repayments, etc. You will have been deemed to have accepted it.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.
