Does anyone recommend me a trusted service that can help us out?

"Hi, guys,
My parents started a retail business in Toronto two years ago. They were successful for the first year but for a variety of reasons, sales eventually began to decline. My parents expected that they would be able to repay all their debts but the sales went down and we all realized things were not improving and we took a decision to close our business.
We all were really depressed and confused about how to deal with our personal debt. My father's friend recommended that filing a bankruptcy proposal in Toronto would be the best approach to recover from all debts. Does anyone recommend me a trusted service that can help us out?
