This is not strictly true. At least two ( Hl & Fidelity ) have the same basic price structure for both .I doubt it because SIPPs are a bit more expensive than the ISA equivalent across all of the platform providers.
What this does is that it means they are uncompetitive for ISA's but more competitive for SIPPS , especially if the SIPP is in drawdown ( as neither charge extra for this either )0
